Group and Organisation Coaching

Working with groups of 15 or less, our group coaching circle method focuses on bringing everyone onto the same page to discover your unique way to contribute.
Circles break down silos to help individuals discover possibilities. We create a climate vision which is then built upon and expanded. Through collaboration and building climate support systems, we encourage members to collaboratively solve challenges, build skills, and create networks with peers, including informal mentorship.
Depending on your goals, coaching can last between 3 and 6-months.
